Sonesta Farms offers riding instruction and training with an emphasis on clear communication, correct fundamentals and practical progress. Instruction is available in dressage and/or working equitation from beginner levels through Grand Prix.
We especially enjoy helping adults begin or get back into riding again. We'll help you build confidence, solve training problems and make riding fun again.
We are proud to offer training and lessons from two very accomplished professionals. Gina Collier is an FEI level Grand Prix trainer and competitor in dressage whose style is compassionate and thorough. Raul Arredondo is an International level dressage and working equitation trainer and competitor who can train through the "haute école" levels. Both are very personable, never harsh or rude, and can take you from beginner to as high as you and your horse wish to go.

We welcome new riders and new horse owners as well as those longtime horse owners who just want to ride well and enjoy their horses without pressure to compete at every show (or at any show!).
