We are proud to have Andrea Seaman working out of Sonesta
Farms as trainer and coach in dressage at all levels for both horse and
rider.
Andrea is a USDF Silver medalist and has her British Horse
Society, Level II certification.
She grew up in northern England and is a graduate of the highly acclaimed
British Horse Society, through which she is qualified in riding , teaching and all aspects
of horse care and management. After leaving the U.K, Andrea worked for the
royal family of the U.A.E in Dubai at the Dubai Equestrian Center for
several years as teaching staff . She also worked at The Bukit Timah Turf
Club in Singapore for the government during the first year of operations of
the first ever public riding school in that country.
Andrea spent some time in Houston as an apprentice for Lyndon Rife, a well
known local dressage trainer before going to Knoxville, Tennessee for five
years, where she managed and was the dressage trainer at Penrose Farm. During this time Andrea was fortunate to be able to train on a monthly basis
with international grand prix rider Jim Koford. She was also
able to show in Florida and clinic with other international riders such as
Marco Bernal and Kathy Priest while showing thru Intermediare I..
Now in Houston, Andrea is passionate about riding, training horses and
